4. Voice Data Processing
Voice data is central to our service. Here's how we handle it:
- Voiceprint Generation: Raw audio is processed to create a 256-dimensional mathematical embedding. This voiceprint cannot be reversed to recreate your voice.
- Storage: Voiceprints are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and stored in secure, geographically distributed data centers.
- Raw Audio: Original voice samples are deleted after voiceprint generation unless you explicitly opt to retain them for quality improvement.
- Detection Processing: Audio submitted for detection is processed in memory and not permanently stored unless flagged for evidence generation.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics providers who assist in operating our service.
- Platform Partners: TTS platforms receive only the minimum data necessary to verify licensing status (no raw voice data).
